Add AlertSee also: Service Contracts, Actions-Contact or Site Alerts, Actions-Contract Alerts
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the
Administration expander, click
Service
Contracts.
On the
Contract
docked split container, click
Information.
In the workspace, click
Alert
tab.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click
Add Alert
button.
In the Edit Alerts dialog box, enter appropriate details in all the fields.
Click Save and Close.
