Add Line Item

Add Line Item button enables you to add a line item to a specific schedule of a Service Contract. The line items are either site based or asset based.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Service Contracts.

2. From the grid, select the Contract to which you want to add Line Item.

3. On the Contract docked split container, select the schedule to which you want to add line item.

4. In the workspace, click Line Items.

5. On the ribbon bar, in the Line Items group, click Add Line Item button. Add Line Item dialog box appears.

1. Select Sitebased Offerings tab if you want to add site based line item

OR

2. Select Assetbased Offerings tab if you want to add asset based line item.

6. Enter appropriate information in all the fields.

7. Click Add and Close.
