Add Location button enables you to create a new location (Inventory) to a specific site (Warehouse).
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Warehouses.
Open appropriate warehouse record to which you want to add the location.
On the Site docked split container,
in the Inventory node, select any location
and right click. Click Add
Location.
OR Select any location. On the ribbon bar,
in the Actions group, click
Add Location button.
Inventory Location dialog box appears.
Enter location name, select appropriate GL account and check all the options that apply to the location you are creating.
Click Save and Close. The application automatically creates a default bin for the location.
Click Add Bin
if you want to create further bins. Inventory
Bin dialog box appears.
Enter bin name and briefly describe the bin in few words.
Click Save and Close.
