Add Service Offering

Add Service Offering button enables you to create a new Service Offering in the Business Unit.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to create a new Service Offering.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the Billing Settings node, click Service Offerings.

4. In the workspace, click Service Offerings tab.

5. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Add Service Offering button. Service Offering dialog box appears.

6. Enter appropriate details in all the fields.

7. Click Save and Close.
