Based on individual skills, knowledge and comfort ability, the employee is given an opportunity to choose from a list of available assets. Based on skills, the employee chooses certain assets as preferred. Every time there is a requirement to work on the asset, the employees who preferred the asset are given first preference to work on the issue.
