New Contact button enables you to create a new contact.

Steps:
On the Service
Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click
Contacts
The workspace displays list of all the contacts. Select and open appropriate contact
On the tool bar, click New
Icon button
(OR) On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click
New Contact
In the workspace, enter appropriate details in all the fields
in General tab and
Location tab
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Save
