A contact refers to a customer of an organization. Every contact is associated to one or more sites. In order to add a site to an existing contact, click Add Link button.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration group, click Contacts.
Open appropriate contact record to whom you want to add a site.
In the workspace, click Location tab.
On the ribbon bar, in the Other Sites group, click Add Link button. Lookup Site dialog box appears.
Select appropriate site from the list and click Select and Close.
