Dispatch Scenario dialog box

Dispatch Scenario dialog box enables you to create a scenario, that shows the ratings of all the possible capabilities and flexibility of a Field Engineer. When a Work Order is encountered with a similar scenario, the application maps dispatch settings with the scenario so that the Work Order achieves the respective properties.

 The scenarios are also automatically used by the GoldCRM Scheduler Engine based on the Slack Settings set up by your system administrator.

The Schedule Analysis engine considers six factors when evaluating the fitness of each field engineer for the dispatch:

1. Skills

   The rating of specific skill necessary for a Field Engineer

2. Certification

   The rating of specific certification necessary for a Field Engineer

3. Schedule

   The rating of schedule flexibility necessary for a Field Engineer

4. Preferences

   The rating of preferences necessary for a Field Engineer

5. Travel

   The rating of travel flexibility necessary for a Field Engineer

6. Spare Parts

   The rating of flexibility of using spare parts by a Field Engineer
