Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Service
Contracts.
On the Contract
docked split container, click
Information.
In the workspace, click Alert
tab.
In the grid, identify and open appropriate alert record that you want to edit.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Edit Alert
button.
In the Edit Alerts dialog box, edit appropriate details.
Click Save and Close.
