Edit Certs

Edit Certs dialog box enables you to associate or de-associate certification for a technician.

To Associate Certification:

Steps:

1. On the Certifications dialog box, in the Available section, select the certification that you want to associate to the technician.

2. Click to add the certification.

3. Check Required check box to indicate that the technician compulsorily needs to have the specified certificate to take the work order.

To De-associate Certification:

1. On the Certifications dialog box, in the Associated section, select the certification that you want to de-associate for the technician.

2. Click to delete the certification from the list.
