Edit Skills

Skills dialog box enables you to associate, de-associate skill or edit skill rating for a technician.

To Associate Skill:

Steps:

1. On the Skills dialog box, in the Available section, select the skill that you want to associate to the technician.

2. Click to add the skill.

3. Check Required check box to indicate that the technician compulsorily needs to have the specified skill to take the work order.

To De-associate Skill:

1. On the Skills dialog box, in the Associated section, select the skill that you want to de-associate for the technician.

2. Click to delete the skill from the list.

To Edit Skill Rating:

1. On the Skills dialog box, in the Available section, select the skill to which you want to edit the rating.

2. Click level drop-down and set appropriate skill level for the technician.
