On-Call Appts tab refers to appointment with the customer through wireless or telephonic communication. On-Call appointments are generally preferred when issues can be troubleshooted while being on the call. The issue type could be a general enquiry or troubleshooting that does not demand for a personal site visit by a Field Engineer.
