Working Hours refer to hours during which an employee commonly works. Flexible working hour configuration allows you to set up multiple working hours and apply them to sites, technicians, contracts, service offerings, etc. Working hours insure that work is performed during optimal times and also help determine appropriate billing rates.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Employees.
Select appropriate employee to whom you want to set the working hours.
On the Employee
docked split container, in the Details
node, click
Information.
In the workspace, click Scheduling
Info tab.
Click Search
button beside Working Hours field.
In the Lookup Business Calendar dialog box, select the appropriate business hours from the list.
Click Select and Close.
