User ID
Login ID of the user
Category*
Category Code of the logged in employee
First Name*
First Name of the employee
Employee Type
Role of employee, can be selected from the drop down
Last Name*
Last Name of the employee
Workgroup
Workgroup of the present employee that is categorized based on the work nature of the profile
Title
Title of the logged in user account
Status
Informs you if the employee is still working with the company (Active or Inactive)
User Name*
User Name of the employee account to log into the application
Owner
The name of the person who created the employee account
Start Date
The date on which the employee account is created in the application
Licensed
Check the check box if the user is a licensed technician
Acting Supervisor
Check the check box if the employee is incharge of a particular department, and is assigned a team
Manager
Employee with higher levels of responsibility. Check the check box if the employee is a manager
Dispatchable
Check the check box if the nature of employee job is dispatchable
System Administrator
Check the check box if the employee is a system administrator
Default Form
From the drop down list, select the form that should appear as a home page when the user logs into the application
Allow Impersonation
Check the check box if you want the credentials to be authenticated securely
Email Address*
Office Email address of the present employee for communication
Home Phone
Employee's land line contact number
Mobile Phone
Employee's mobile contact number
Office Phone
Employee's office contact number

Employee's Fax details for communication
Emergency Contact
Employee's contact details when emergency
