Category code for the site that enables you to identify if the created site is for customer, vendor or internal use

To identify the status of the site - if it is active or inactive.

The name of the employee account from which the site is created.

The type of the site can be either customer, vendor or internal site.

1. Customer or vendor sites can be set as child sites for any one of the available customer or vendor sites.

2. The parent site for internal sites depend on which hierarchy level of the Business Organization structure the created site belongs to.

If Inventory check box is checked, it indicates that the site acts as a warehouse

The level of the created site from the Business Organization Hierarchy structure.

Company that supports services for the site

Name of the Business Unit

Region of the company that supports services for the site

District of the company that supports services for the site

Office of the site

The level of organization in the hierarchy structure  that is responsible for providing services to the site.

Address of the Support Office

Zone details of the Support Office. Zones represent sub-territories within internal sites. Zones are meant only for internal sites.

1. For Internal Site: Name of the Organization that offers application for your business.

2. For Customer Site: Name of the Organization to which the Support Office belongs to.

The main Head Office of the Business Organization that is considered as the foremost parent site among all the levels in the Business Organization Hierarchy structure.

Refers to the region of the supporting office.

Refers to the district of the supporting office.
