Invoices_Minimum Billing Settings

In Currency mode, a minimum amount is set in currency and the total currency of all the billable actual and manual expense log records are compared with minimum currency. If the total currency is less than minimum currency then, a detail record with shortage currency details is added to respective line item in Line Items tab.

In Minutes mode, a minimum time is set in minutes and the total minutes of all the billable actual and manual time log records are compared with minimum minutes. If the total minutes are less than minimum minutes then, a detail record with shortage minutes details is added to respective line item in Line Items tab.

If 'Minutes' mode is selected, then set minimum minutes required for billing
If 'Currency' mode is selected, then set minimum currency required for billing

When adding new record in invoice, minimum billing should be based upon 'Lowest/Highest Rate' (whichever option you select) available in line item records.
If you select 'Straight Time', then the price is taken from the Labor Price Book.

Select case or work order, whichever minimum billing setting you want to assign to present invoice.

Select appropriate value so that you can round up or roll up the invoice amount to the nearest set value.

Select appropriate invoice report format that you would like to generate.

Select appropriate mobile invoice report format that you would like to generate.
