Lookup Case select box enables you to view the list of related cases from the entire Business Unit.
Steps:
On the Lookup Case select box, select appropriate case.
Click Select and Close.

Unique code to identify the case
Priority
The level of priority given to the customer
Severity
How fast the case can be attended
Case Title
Name given to the Case
Owner
The account name that created the case
Status
Status of the Case
Condition
The present condition of the case to find if it has been assigned or needs to be assigned or closed
Create Date
The date on which the case is created
Site Name
Name of the Site
First Name
Given Name for the contact
Last Name
Surname or Family Name of the contact
Category 1
Category Code that categorizes the item at first level
Category 2
Category Code that categorizes the item at second level
Category 3
Category Code that categorizes the item at third level
Issue Start
The date on which the Field Engineer has to start working on the case
