A support program is a service offered to a customer at a certain price for possible inclusion in a contract.

Lookup Support Program select box enables you to view the list of all the Service Offering Programs from the entire Business Unit.

Steps:

  1. On the Lookup Support Program select box, select appropriate Service Offering Program that you want to apply.

  2. Click Select and Close.
