Map tab displays the distance from the technician's start point to the work order location. The route is displayed in red.

1. The application displays the locations based on the geo-code information. To know more about geo-codes, click here Geocoding is the process of identifying a location by its latitude and longitude.  Geocoding your addresses with the correct latitude/longitude coordinates is one of the most significant activities when setting up your customer data.  With proper geocodes for your customers, you can do a better job of servicing them.
   
   The Geocode utility compares the addresses in your GoServicePro database against the Microsoft™ MapPoint™ database and provides street-level geocoding by linking addresses to latitude and longitude coordinates, flagging the addresses if there are inconsistencies.  In some cases, the geocode is not available in MapPoint, or the address data has not been entered correctly causing a geocoding error.  However, you can see which addresses the system could not geocode and correct the inconsistencies. .

2. In the Gantt tab, you can select more than one technician to see and compare the route and distances to reach work order location, and select an optimal technician.

3. You can view the information in Road view or Arial view.

4. You can also see the driving directions that guide you with turns and land marks.

5. You can click on appropriate technician to view the route.

6. You can point the mouse pointer over appropriate technician to view all the details like travel time, travel distance, score, rank, certifications and skill ratings etc.
