New Sub Case button enables you to create a new sub case.
Steps:
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions/ Sub
Cases group, click New Sub Case button.
In the workspace, enter appropriate details in all the fields
in General tab and
Details tab.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Save.
Title
Name of the Sub Case
Sub Case Description
Few words that describe about the sub case
Site/Contact
The site and contact details related to the sub case
Entitlement
Any part that is a part of Service Level Agreement, if present, is displayed here
Priority
The critical level of impact if the sub case is not attended
Severity
How fast the sub case can be attended
Condition
To identify if the present sub case is open or closed
Sub Case Type
To identify if the present sub case is for general use or for administrative purpose
Related Case
The case to which the present sub case is related to
Category
Appropriate category to which the present sub case relates to
Status
The present status of the sub case to know if it is in process or new or closed etc.
Owner/Queue
The account that created the sub case, and the queue to which the sub case is assigned to
Create Date
The date on which the sub case is created
Commitment D/T
Prior Warning
Sub Case History
Displays a history of all the sub cases created for Related Case, along with date, time and expense. Here, the work orders are also represented as sub cases.
First Name
Given Name for the contact.
Last Name
Surname or Family Name of the contact.
Job Title
Contact's designation at work place.
Importance
The level of priority given to the contact.
Office Phone
Contact's office contact number.
Cell Phone
Contact's wireless contact number.
Home Phone
Land line number for contact.
Email Address
E-mail address of the contact.
Time Zone
A geographic region within which the same standard time is used.
Site ID
Unique ID given for the Site.
Site Name
Name of the Site.

A geographic region within which the same standard time is used.
Business Hours
The hours during which the business runs at the site
Holiday Group
The list of holidays defined by the site
Lat, Lon, Cou
Exact geocode information of the site
Address 1
Street Number, Street Name, PO Box etc.

Name of the City in which the site exists.
State/ Zip
Name of the State and its Zip code where the site exists.

Name of the country where the site exists.
Part From
Specifies that it is a generic part from Parts Catalog or Site Asset, associated to the site from which the case is opened.
Part/ Revision
Name of the part and its related revision information.
Description
Few words that describe the part.
Serial Number
Serial Number of the part that enables you to uniquely identify it.
Asset Tag
Asset Tag of the part
Covered Asset
The name of the asset that is eligible for free service based on the entitlement
