image1370.gif Open Specific Flagged Work Order

By  default, a Work Order is assigned a default flag and is independent of the Case to which it is assigned. However, you can still edit the flag. If  you know that the Work Order you are looking for has a specific flag assigned to it,  you can filter the search results and find it from My Work expander.

Steps:

  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the image1952.gifMy Work expander, Click image1952.gifMy Inbox. You can view a list of sub-nodes, that represent different flags.

  2. In the node, select appropriate flag to view the list of all the items that are assigned to the selected flag.

  3. The Type Column Label of Work Orders is 'Dispatch'.

  4. Identify the search results using Tool bar or Adhoc Row.

  5. Double-click to open the record.
