Steps:
In the workspace, select the identify and select the Part Order that you want to open. You can even filter the search results using search tools on the tool bar.
On the Default Tool bar, click 
Open Object button. The Part Order opens.
OR
In the grid, you can double-click the record of appropriate Part Order Header and the Part Order opens.
