Open Service Item button enables you to open specific Service Item from the grid.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to open the Service Item record.
On the Settings
docked split container, in the Billing Settings
node, click
Service Offerings.
In the workspace, click Service
Items tab.
In the grid, click the hyperlink of appropriate Service Item. The Service Item opens.
OR
Select the Service Item that you want to open.
On the ribbon bar, in the
Actions group, click Open Service Item button. The Service Item opens.
