Open Service Offering

Open Service Offering button enables you to open specific Service Offering from the grid.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to open the Service Offering record.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the Billing Settings node, click Service Offerings.

4. In the workspace, click Service Offerings tab.

5. In the grid, click the hyperlink of appropriate Service Offering. The Service Offering opens.

OR

1. Select the Service Offering that you want to open.

2. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Open Service Offering button. The Service Offering opens.
