Open a Work Order from All Work Orders Node

All Work Orders displays the list of all the available work orders, that are either open or closed.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Work Orders expander, click All Work Orders.

2. In the work space, you can make use of Adhoc Row or Tool bar to filter the search results and identify the Work Order that you want to open.

3. Click the ID hyperlink of appropriate record OR double-click the record and the Work Order opens.
