Part Returns

Part Returns and Receive To Truck tabs appear when a Part Order condition changes to Shipped, and belongs to an assigned Work Order.

With Part Returns, you can return the part and is not yet received to the truck.

Steps:

1. On the Part Movement dialog box, click Part Returns tab.

2. If the part is serialized then the Serial Number automatically appears. If the part is non-serialized then, the quantity appears, and you can change the quantity here.

3. Check the Impersonate check box if required.

4. Click Save and Close.

5. Click Save button

6. Observed that the Status changes to 'Returned' and Condition changes to 'Open-Dispatch'.
