Service Levels

Service Levels tab displays list of all the available Service Levels of the Business Organization.

Steps:

1. On the Service Offering dialog box, click Service Levels tab.

2. In the All Service Levels list, identify all that are applicable for the Service Offering.

3. Select them one by one and click to move to Associated Service Levels list.

4. Click Save and Close.
