Zones represent sub-territories within internal sites. Zones are meant only for Internal Sites.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Sites.
Open appropriate site record to which you want to add a Zone.
In the workspace, click Zones tab.
On the ribbon bar, in the Zones group, click Add Zone button. Edit Zone dialog box appears.
Enter appropriate details in all the fields.
Click Save and Close.
