Sites

Sites allow you to record pertinent information about a customer site such as name, location, business hours, holidays etc. Location information allows for the storage of physical, billing and shipping addresses. Addresses are geo-coded to enable mapping functions and location based resource assignment.

GoServicePro categorizes Sites as internal, customer and vendor.

1. A Customer Site is the location where a technician visits to resolve issues raised by the customers.

2. A Vendor Site is the location of a supplier.

3. An Internal Site is location of a branch of the organization.
