Task Details tab displays general details of a specific task.
Purpose for creating the task
Names of related Site and Contact
Type of the task, for instance, type of logging
Check the check box to identify that all the Related Objects are required for the task.
Check the check box to ensure that the task is completed. Alternately,
you can click Mark Complete
button for the same purpose.
Date from which the task is effective
Target date on which the task has to be compelted
The duration in which the task has been in progress
Date on which the task is closed
Category code of the present task
Current status of the present task
Priority level of the present task
Specify if the present task is Follow Parent or Routable.
Routable - Independent of Case or Work Order and can be associated in future to any Case or Work Order. A Routable task can be converted to Follow Parent.
Follow Parent - Name of the Case or Work Order to which the present task is associated to. A Follow Parent task cannot be converted to Routable.
Name of the account that created the task/ Name of the Queue to which the task is assigned to. This field appears only when the present task is routable.
If the present task is Follow Parent then, this field appears and, displays the related Case or Work Order ID.
