To set Working Hours that vary by day

Steps:

1. On the Working Hours dialog box, in the Working Hours section, check Vary hours by day check box.

2. On the dialog box, in the Work Days section, check the days of the week during which the user works.

3. Set Start Time and End Time for each day.

4. Click Save and Close.

To set Working Hours that are same for each day

Steps:

1. On the Working Hours dialog box, in the Working Hours section, check Same hours for each day check box.

2. In the same section, set Start Time and End Time.

3. Click Save and Close.
