Add button enables you to create a new certificate.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit to which you want to add certification.
On the Settings docked split container, in the Dispatch Settings node, click Skills and Cert Master.
In the workspace, click Certifications Master tab.
Click Add button.
Enter appropriate details in all the fields and drop downs.
Check Activate check box.
