Delete

Delete button enables you to delete an existing certificate.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to delete certification.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the Dispatch Settings node, click Skills and Cert Master.

4. In the workspace, click Certifications Master tab.

5. Select appropriate certification that you want to delete.

6. Click Delete button.
