Add Service Level button enables you to create a new Service Level in the Business Unit.

Steps:
  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the image1810.gifAdministration expander, click image1868.gifSettings.

  2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to create a new Service Level.

  3. On the image1868.gifSettings docked split container, in the Billing Settings node, click image1886.gifService Offerings.

  4. In the workspace, click image1893.gifService Levels tab.

  5. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click image1894.gifAdd Service Level button. Service Level dialog box appears.

  6. Enter appropriate details in all the fields.

  7. Click Save and Close.
