Add Service

Add Service Level button enables you to create a new Service Level in the Business Unit.
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the
Administration expander, click
Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to create a new Service Level.
On the
Settings
docked split container, in the Billing Settings
node, click
Service Offerings.
In the workspace, click
Service
Levels tab.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click
Add Service
Level button. Service
Level dialog box appears.
Enter appropriate details in all the fields.
Click Save and Close.
