Add Status Code button enables you to add new Status Code to the already existing status codes list. This in turn reflects in the system object to which it is applied to.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit to which you want to add Timeslot Group Definition.
On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click Status Codes.
From the drop down menus, select appropriate options.
On the ribbon bar, in the Status Codes group, click Add Status Code button. Add Status Code dialog box appears.
Enter appropriate details in all the fields.
Click Save and Close.
