Edit Status Code

Status Codes enable you to change the status of an item in the application.

Edit Status Code button enables you to edit the settings of a status code, that in turn reflects in the system object to which it is applied to.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to open the Working Hours Template.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click Status Codes.

4. In the workspace, click the hyperlink of the status code that you want to edit.

OR

1. From the grid, select the status code that you want to edit.

2. On the ribbon bar, in the Status Codes group, click Edit Status Code button.

5. Add Status Code dialog box appears. Edit necessary information in the fields.

6. Click Save and Close.
