Site Assets represent equipment or parts that you install and services that you do at a customer site. Information displayed generally includes serial number, assets tag, and installed date.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Site Assets.
Enter appropriate information in Search field and click Search button.
Filter search results by entering appropriate details in the adhoc row.
Click Installed/ Good button to view the list of
site assets that are installed and good.
Click
To Be Installed button to view the list
of site assets that still need to be installed.
Click De-Installed button to view the list of site
assets that are de-installed.
