Add Region button enables you to add a region to a business unit.

Steps:

  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the image1915.gifMy Work expander, select image1916.gifMy Organization.

  2. On the image1917.gifOrganization docked split container, in the Company Organization node, select the business unit to which you want to add a region.

  3. On the ribbon bar, in the Business Unit group, click image1922.gifAdd Region button.

  4. In the Business Location dialog box, enter appropriate details in all the fields.

  5. Click image1178.gif Geocode Address button and validate appropriate location.

  6. Click Save and Close.
