Alerts provide a way to notify users of important time sensitive information about a site while transacting sites, cases, work orders, etc. Alerts can have starting and ending dates and can be marked as urgent.
Alerts tab displays information in two sections: Alerts and Special Considerations.
Alerts refer to special discounts or offers on a specific part, product or service that are generally updated in the application. Alerts are applicable to all the contacts and sites that are undergoing specific services on which the alert is declared.
Special Considerations refer to an offer that is applicable only for a specific site. Other sites undergoing similar service are not eligible to avail the offer that is declared as special consideration.
