Article tab enables you to attach an article that is related to the case. Any attachments related to the article are automatically displayed in the Attachments tab.

Article Tab

In the Article tab, you can:

1. Attach an article

   Steps:

   1. In the workspace, click Search button . Select Article dialog box appears.

   2. Enter appropriate information in all the fields to filter the search results.

   3. Identify appropriate article.

   4. Click Select and Close.

    

2. Remove an article

   Steps:

   1. In the workspace, click Remove button beside search button.

   2. Observe that the article is removed.

    

Attachments Tab

Attachments tab automatically displays the list of all the attachments related to the article.
