1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Work Orders expander, click appropriate sub-node and open appropriate work order.

2. On the Work Order docked split container, in the Details node, click Information.

3. The workspace displays various tabs:

• General

• Details

• Driving Directions

• Alerts

• Notes and Articles
