Entitlements are the services offered according to the service level agreements that range from simple to extreme complex. Entitlements are detailed explanations for service contracts.
An Entitlement can be 'Contract' based or 'Time and Material' based.
Contract based entitlements are either site based or asset based.
An entitlement is said to be Time and Material based if TM Service Offering check box is checked.
