Entitle dialog box enables you to change the Service Offering Details for a case or work order.
Open the case in which you want to change the entitle details.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Entitle.
In the Entitle dialog box, click Contract.
indicates item covered by contract
indicates site based contract
indicates asset based contract
Select or
to view the site based
or asset based contracts for the site respectively, on the right
hand side of the dialog box.
From the grid, select the contract that you would now like to update for the case. Accordingly, the details will appear in the Service Offering Details section of the dialog box
Click Select and Close to save the changes
In the Entitle dialog box, click Time and Materials.
Select appropriate service offering program from the grid.
Click Select and Close to save the changes.
All
the service offering programs that appear in the Time
and Materials grid are those for which TM
Service Offering is checked in the Inclusions
tab.
