Identify Entitlement For a Case

To identify if a case is entitled to a 'Contract' or 'Time and Material', check the following:

1. Open the case to which you want to check the entitlement.

2. From the Case docked split container, select Contract.

3. In the workspace, click Contract.

• If all the fields in the Contract Details section are empty, then it is 'Time and Material' entitled.

4. If the fields are not empty, then in the Service Program Details section:

• If the Category field shows 'Product Based Program', then it is Asset based contract.

• If the Category field shows 'Site Based Program', then it is Site based contract.
