Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Contacts.
Open appropriate contact record.
On the Contact docked split container,
click Alerts.
Select the alert record you want to delete.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Delete
Alert button. Warning message box appears.
Click OK.
