Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Contacts.
Open appropriate contact record.
On the Contact docked split container,
click Alerts.
Select the alert record you want to edit.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Edit Alert
button.
In the Edit Alerts dialog box, enter appropriate Title, Start Date, End Date and Text.
Click Save and Close.
