You can set an item as default from a set of existing items in the drop-down list, so that the drop-down list considers the item as default for any instance unless we change it manually.

Steps:

  1. Right-click the drop-down list.

  2. Click Edit System List button.

  3. In the Edit System List dialog box, select the item that you want to set as default.

  4. Check Default check box.

  5. Click image1213.gifSave

  6. Click Close.
