Inactivate Item from Drop-down List

You can inactivate an item from the existing items in the drop-down list, to hide it from display.

Steps:

1. Right-click the drop-down list.

2. Click Edit System List button.

3. In the Edit System List dialog box, select the item that you want to inactivate.

4. Check Inactivate check box.

5. Click Save

6. Click Close.
