Note: At any point of time, only one Slack Setting is default.

Duration to create a "Window" around the scheuding onsite time
Round Off Time(min)
Whole unit of time to which an appointment can be made round off
Queue
Select appropriate Queue to which you want to send the work order in the absence of Field Engineer
Work Order Color
Select appropriate color for Work Order that reflects in dispatch board

Select appropriate Scenario for the Work Order
SLA Availability
The amount of increase in Dispatch Availability that occurs when an SLA is close to expiring
