Add Slack Setting

Add Slack Setting button enables you to create a new Slack Setting in the Business Unit.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to create a new Slack Setting.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the Dispatch Settings node, click Dispatch Settings.

4. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Add Slack Setting button.

5. In the Dispatch Slack Settings dialog box, enter appropriate details in all the fields.

6. Click Save and Close.
